Maturus Finance GmbH provides non-custodial hardware wallets designed for the secure storage of cryptocurrency private keys. Our products:

• Are designed exclusively for secure storage of cryptocurrency private keys, NFTs and crypto assets
• Do not support buying, selling, exchanging or trading assets
• Require all transactions to be initiated through compatible software wallets
• Do not require account creation or personal data collection

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the safety of your recovery phrase and private keys
• We have no access to and cannot recover your private keys or recovery phrase
• You must keep your recovery phrase in a secure location
• You are responsible for all transactions initiated with your device
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Product Purchases

4.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your purchase.

4.2 Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship products within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. All packages require signature upon delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

4.3 Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

5. Warranty and Disclaimers

5.1 Limited Warranty

Our hardware wallets come with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

5.2 General Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MATURUS FINANCE GMBH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

All content included on our website and in our products, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maturus Finance GmbH or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
